I'm not sure if 5-string split-P pickups are any different than 4-string. I think the 2 halves are just spaced differently. On my 1990s Jackson 5-string, the 4th pole of the top half aligns with the 1st pole of the other half, while on a typical 4-strng setup the 3rd and 4th poles align with the 1st and 2nd.
If that makes any sense at all.

I think I have this question solved with Duncans APB1

They have almost exact measurement as the pick ups we want to replace.
If I can remember, Duncan active pick ups use blades, not poles, so strings alignment is not an issue, isn´t it ?

lets see the bass. Fender uses a different bass pickup for their string pbass than their 4 string p bass. It's larger and has space for the three strings.

EMG offers its -P model in four, five and six string versions. The housing is the same but the rail polepieces are longer.
Bobbin dimensions are the key. Fender makes a passive five string P pickup. The GD bobbin is the traditional size with four polepieces. The BEA bobbin is longer with six polepieces.
On SD/Basslines active P style replacement pickups, the magnetic window is only slightly over half of the width of the black covers. These will not stretch to sensing three strings per pickup half.

Hello, what does it mean ?
Measurements are done and there is no problem for the luthier who is going to install the replacement but what you say worries me a bit.
Maybe some string on this instrument is going to sound weak or lot less than the rest ?

Most 5 string p basses have one longer pup than the other, so the pup won't stretch across all 5 strings. You'll have to get a 5 string pickup. The one you're looking at is a 4 string pup. I would look at SD's Custom Shop or EMG.
