For the OP (if you are still reading), the nut you ordered is cut for the wrong radius for the guitar, so the slots will need to be modified (assuming it has a flat bottom and the outside slots aren't cut too deep for the 7.25" radius), so as Mincer said, better to ask first next time.
Clint, please stop. You are arguing with real luthiers/techs here and your ignorance is overwhelming. I actually prefer Tusq myself, but would never call bone an inferior material, as stated, it is more dependent on the skill of the person cutting the nut than the material.
