Help with Wiring diagram Ducan 59'(Bridge) and P-Rail (neck)

Hi!, i just bought a duncan 59' (bridge) and a P-Rail (neck) and i want it to put it in my guitar, with one switch 3 way so i can play it

neck

both

brige

Also just 1 volume, and 2 toggle switches, the first it's for make the 59' ducnan single coil or humbucker

and the second its a 3 way for the p-rail, so it can make the p90, the single and the full

i actually dont know how to make the wiring diagram and i wanna know if someone can help me with this.. THX! im from venezuela so if i have errors on my english sorry!..

First of all we need to know what kind of a 3 way switch you have. There are many different configurations...DPST, DPDT on-on, DPDT on-on-on, etc.

What does the back of the switch look like? Does it have three or six connecting lugs?

First, which kind of 3-way as pickups selector? Are we talking of a Gibson-like or a Fender blade 3-way or...?.

I havent bought the switchs yet, the pick ups arrive in 1 week so i was just asking to have all prepared :/?

So... what's your axe. Some switches cannot go there if your axe has an slim body (think on Ibanez S series, by example).

its a fender stratocaster sss i would have to fix a little the body so the humbuckers can fit, but i have a dremel .. i just need a little of patience and its done

hi!, i have now all my things, and i want to make it more simple, i want to make 2 hum (prail neck, 59' bridge), with 2 volumes, 1 tone, and one 5 way switch blade fender stile, and i wan to try it this way

1st position p90 (prail)
2nd position single coil(prail)
3rd position all prail
4th position prail and 59'
5th position only 59'


can you help me?

I am sorry, this is not possible with a regular fender 5-way. You need a Fender Super-Switch.

As I said.
You NEED a 4P5T switch. A Fender Superswitch or a Schaller Megaswitch with 4 poles or any other kind of switch with 4 poles and 5 throws (including rotary switches).

what if i use the gibson style switch only to work with the prail and the 5 way to use the other 2 hums?

Can you explain, what do you want in the 5-way and what in the 3-way?
What other 2 hums? I thought you went for a P-Rail neck and a '59 bridge!. Is there one more humbucker in this equation?

i want to know if it can be used the 3 way selectro (Les paul type), to the prail, so the selector would be like

1 P90
2 Full
3 Single coil

and then use the 5 way selector (leaving some positions null)

1 prail
2 both
3 59'
4 null
5 null


It can be done like that?

my problem is that in my "beautiful" country i cant find it. i would have to check the dpdt on/on/on... sorry for my ignorance but it mean dpdt?

This is what you can do with a DPDT ON/ON/ON and that 5-way switch:



Notice that you cannot get:

Neck
Neck+Bridge
Bridge
Null
Null

Not possible because of the way that kind of switches work but, I think the following combination makes full sense:

Neck
Neck+Bridge
Neck+Bridge
Neck+Bridge
Bridge

i get it know!... i just have 2 more questions hermetico! sorry for my ignorance but i have this 5 way switch and it doesnt look like the one that its in the diagram you send!.. its this one

also my 59' comes with this cable, its not a 4 conductor.. how i sold it?...

and last thing! i have this switch here that i dont really know what tha hell is.. and if it work?

could you help me with that too?
