Hi guys! Need a little help!

Hi guys,

There is a guys selling an old guitar and claiming the pickups are Duncans JB Jr (bridge) and Little 59 (neck). Eventhough it looks like Duncans JB Jr and Little 59, i noticed that there is no "Seymou Duncan" written on the top of the pickups like it has nowadays in these kind of pups.
So, i wanna know if Seymour Duncan has ever making these pups without the "Seymour Duncan" name written on the top of the pickups.

PS: I know the ideal thing is to check the pickups back, but i can't do it right now
PS2: Could you guess the pickup in the middle position?

I already thanks in advance for your help!

Yeah, the old ones don't have anything written on the top. Nice fretboard too!

That guitar looks sweet. If you get it definitely post some pictures and details!

Wow, certainly a cool guitar! The middle can be a Hot Stack, but hard to know for sure without seeing the back. And those old ones never had the logos on them.

I allready have a few other pictures (and can post more when i get it). It's a guitar made by a brazilian luthier. I'm from brazil btw. He put push/pull buttons to do the coil split on the humbuckers as well.

How much is he asking? I'd by it based off the pictures alone.

Actually i'm not buying directly from the luthier, he made this guitar years ago. It already has an owner thats selling it, and thats why i'm paying a price even lower. But the thing is, i don't know if you know (but i think you do) that EVERYTHING here in Brazil is really overpriced (cause of the abusive brazilian taxes)...so, we have to compare with the other prices in Brazil, and this guitar is MUCH cheaper than a Epiphone Les Paul Standard, for example. But thats a reason for that:

1) nowadays it's really difficult to sell music instruments here in Brazil. People are listening bull**** musics that doesnt even need a instrument to make these songs.
2) it's a used guitar made by a very good but not well known luthier. Most of the time people are looking for the big brands.

So, because of that situation, if he put a price little more than this, it's gonna be really difficult for him to sell it.

Anyway, the price comparison:

An Epiphone Les Paul Standard value here in Brazil: R$ 3.300,00 (brazilian reais) = $970,00 (US dollars)

This guitar value (buying it used): R$ 2.000,00 (brazilian reais) = $588,00 (US dollars)

That guitar looks great, and provided it plays well, it seems like a good buy. If you know that the luthier makes good guitars, then that means it's not likely to have major problems such as poor alignment of bridge etc.
