hiwatt vs reeves amps

looking at the reeves custom 50 head or the hiwatt dr504 custom 50 head, if money was no problem which one would you guys buy, have any of you guys used the reeves custom 50's head, please let me know,

If you are looking to buy new I would recommend either the Reeves Custom 50 or a Hi-Tone Custom 50 over a current production Hiwatt. If you are looking used and you find an old Hiwatt in nice condition and the right price I would snag that right away. Don't be afraid to talk to the guys over at the Vintage Hiwatt Convention forum, they know their stuff. http://vintagehiwattconvention.com/forum/
