As far as I know, Ed Roman Guitars isn't around anymore. Ed went into business with a few partners to open up that big museum of a store in Las Vegas. He also sold them the Ed Roman name. That business didn't work out, the Las Vegas store was closed up and moved to some warehouse outside of Vegas. He doesn't have a store anymore and only does internet orders. Last I saw he was suing to get his name back.

It's a different company, I don't know any more details.
