Honda vs. Acura

Re: Honda vs. Acura

Some people aren't happy unless they've got the logo on the hood. I drive circles around guys in their Acuras, with a slightly modified Honda.

someone photoshop an acura in front of him, and that'll be my opinion

not that i care about cars, I'd rather move to a city with good enough public transportation that I didn't need one

Re: Honda vs. Acura

Owned an '89 Integra for about 180,000 miles/16 years of it's 225,000 mile life. Great little ride. I've had a '94 Accord for about 20,000 miles/18 months. Came with only 107,000 on it and full repair/oil change records by grandma. Not mine but someone's. Nice little car too. YMMV..... :headbang:

P.S. my wife and I switched cars since I am driving 1000 miles a week now, so I am rollin in a Honda now, coincidentally

I can barely fit in it, I don't know how anyone taller than me could get in one.

Re: Honda vs. Acura

A Lexus is just a dressed up Toyota and an Acura is just a dressed up Honda... same with Cadillac... just a fancy Chevy. I had a 1997 Acura and it was basically the same as the Accord I had... then I got a used RX300 Lexus... it's basically the same car as my Toyota Seinna minivan with leather seats and a slightly better stereo.

If you really have money and want a luxury car built from the ground up and not just a platform with wood trim, get a German car.

Re: Honda vs. Acura

Guys I don't know about you there but here Hondas and Mitsubishis are highly regarded (mostly all Japan cars with actual Japan-made parts are) but REALLY expensive!!!
