Wow, I have never seen one of those!
It's a Male jack, probable the center pin is positive and the outer post is ground like an RCA plug.
Try some electronic supply stores? If you can't find a female plug to fit that then perhaps take off the pickup and unsolder it. Then you could replace it with anything. I am thinking a short cable with a female 1/4" jack at the end, or a long cable with a Male 1/4" jack.
(And I have no idea why my phone keeps capitalizing the word male!)
If it is not a legendary super spectacular pickup it would be easier to just replace it?
