Hot Rails for Tele + 4 way Switch Help

Hey all,

So I'm working on a Tele build which is about 95% done. However, I've run into an issue with wiring the guitar up. I with the Hot Rails set with a 4 way switch, so I was following the diagram SD has posted: https://docs.google.com/gview?embed...content/uploads/2016/05/Tele_2TH_4B_1V_1T.pdf

Now, to my knowledge I followed this to a T and everything sounds great, except the bridge only position is the same as the neck + bridge in parallel position.

Here is a quick pic (don't mind the copper shielding job, I ran out and decided to move ahead with the build while I get more), if anyone could help me figure out what would cause this it'd be much appreciated. To make it a bit easier, the neck pickup is coming from the cable with the blue tape on it.

Hm, nada? Did I break a rule or is the pic just horrible? Maybe this will help:

I'm thinking either, the yellow jumper by the bridge needs to go or that I should move the bridge wire to the very last lug. Suggestions?

I am looking at this on a smaller screen, so I can't quite see what is going on. So this is a friendly bump for help until I can see. Anyone?

This might make it easier:

1 = Black from Bridge
2 = Black from neck
3 = To Volume Pot
4 = To Volume Pot
5 = Green from Neck

Since everything is working properly otherwise, I'm thinking the issue with something with the switch itself. Thanks for the bump.
