How do I identify a Drake transformer?

I got a couple transformers from a guy who said they they were out of a old guitar amp. Im just curious, and any way to test them? Thanks

the drakes will usually say on the side, at least the ones i have seen did.

They're usually big and silver, rather than black. See if there's residue from a small rectangular sticker that had Drake typed on it.

when i had my '82 JCM800 combo there was no question about it... big silver trannieswith a rectangular "Drake" sticker on it.
