How do you embed a SoundCloud clip into the thread?

I used to know how to do this. Now I can't remember.

there's three parts - use the format:

soundcloud *****url of your soundcloud clip***** /soundcloud

except enclose "soundcloud" and "/soundcloud" with brackets, and of course do not use the asterisks
