how does a DIMEBUCKER compare to a JB?

hey..

i was thinking about dimebag darrell :yell: ..i want something to remember him while im playing guitar...(but not in a negative way..)

how would the dimebucker in a alder bodied rosewood-maple neck strat sound? how would you compare it to the JB?

In a Strat, can't say for sure. I have a Jackson KV2(mapleneck through alder body, rosewood board) and I swapped the original JB out for a Dime & IMO the Dime kicks ass in my situation. As you would expect the riffage is thunderous, but still very cutting. With the JB, natural harmonics were easier to achieve, but that didn't compensate for a upper mid/highend I didn't care for. I really like the Dime, I would definitly give it a shot.
