Every person and their dog seems to be capable of getting a signature guitar these days.

Too much gold, imo, looks like a wedding cake or a girl's confirmation outfit.

Well, not a fan of all the gold but any white explorer with no weird graphics and/or vampire connections is cool in my book!!!

BTW, don't feel bad, don't have the slightest clue who she is either :9:

I dig it, even with the all the gold..

She's the vocalist for the band Halestorm, and also plays a fair bit of guitar (I believe the leads actually, although I'm not too sure...)

Anyway, it's a cool band, I like 'I Miss The Misery' and 'Love Bites (So Do I)'... Check em' out.

But back to the guitar... ebony board, block inlays, gold hardware on a white explorer? Dayum!!!!!!! Nice axe

A bit too much for me, with chrome I´d probably like it better. But some of the things I really like, like the 5 ply binding playing with the paint to create a pinstripe effect. The gold just puts it too over the top for me.

I'd make a few cosmetic changes, but it's a great base. Pretty much my ideal Explorer look, with all the ES-355/Black Beauty-style appointments. I'd change to black pickup rings, gold bell knobs with pointers, black truss cover, keystone tuners, and a black or white pickguard. I'd prefer a black headstock, but white is cool.

I have a white Explorer that I am slowly converting to gold hardware. While I like white very much, I got the guitar mainly because it has an ebony fretboard. I plan on painting it black. But some day after that, I'd like to get another white Explorer, and this "Lizzy Hale" (who?) signature model might just be the one.

I've never heard of her, so thanks for bringing this to my attention. I mean, she has terrible taste in guitars, but she's hot enough to get away with **** like that.

For what it's worth, and I could be wrong, but I don't actually think that's a signature model. I believe it's one that she just had Gibson make for her.

First off, it's Lzzy Hale, no "I". And trust me when I say that it's even cooler looking when it's right in front of you. That particular guitar was made specifically for Lzzy, but I remember reading somewhere that there's plans to make it a production signature model.

Halestorm is awesome, BTW. Very well worth going to the tour that's starting.

A bit of angry girls rock but nothing that should scare real people off.

I do like the guitar, and I like that song Chris posted, but I still don't understand why Lucy Hale has a signature Gibson already. I mean, nobody really watches that show she's in, do they?

It is just an excuse for Gibson to sell more guitars...

Hell I want one, and we all know I never buy guitars. :p
