How much sustain loss with an Invader on bridge?

Those big ugly magnets just scare me. I'm considering putting an Invader on my guitar (Ibanez RG1550) but it's sustain isn't all that stellar. I'm frightened I'll just kill it by putting that pickup on bridge.

Has any of you noticed a considerable loss in sustain by putting one of those pickups in you axe? Is it really that bad?

Should be notably more if anything... sustain is primarily a function of the guitar and setup, string pull from pickups generally is a minimal factor.

More likely the Invader´s output will make notes seem to sustain longer because it "needs less signal" to give an audible output....

I never noticed any loss in sustain from having an invader in the bridge as compared to any other pickup.

The bridge pickup does not affect sustain anywhere near as much as the neck pickup does if magnets are too strong or it's set too high.
