How to change 3-Way CRL to a 3-way on/on/on slider switch

Hello..... I need to change the 3 way CRL on my Frankenstrat to a 3 way slider on-on-on so it can be moved to a diff. location on the guitar. I have been using this pick up/switch configuration. Anyone know how to wire this with a 3 way slider instead????? I've tried!!!! For some reason, I can't get both pickups to function in the MIDDLE position on the slider! Please help!!

Visualise the eight terminals of the on/on/on slider switch as follows:

A1 A2 A3 A4
B1 B2 B3 B4

Link A2 and A4
Link B1 and B3
Link A2 and B1.

Connect one pickup to A3.
Connect the other pickup to B2.
Connect the output cable to the volume pot to A4.
All screening grounds to the switch chassis.
