Saladin was right. The digitech hardwire valve distortion nails Peter greenes tone at those settings. I'm using a PRS Korina KL 1812, and the coil tapped hum buckers give a bright, almost out of phase tone like Peter Greene.
My only complaint is that some guitar pedals tend to sound like they're played through an AM radio, including the valve distortion. Eventually you get used to it in a half hour
