How to pick which coile is output when you split?

Hi guys. My first post to the forum. I've been a duncan user for about 10 years now, and so far I haven't been presented with any reason to change.

I recently picked out a set for a Warmoth Strat build that I have been working on for a few years, finally decided to put proper pickups in it instead of the Squire's I dissected from the old strat I had.

Anyway. Here's my proposed setup, and the result I've gotten.
Superstrat

Pegasus 6 - string bridge
RWRP Quarter Pounder middle
JB Jr neck.

I have the 5 way wired up as you'd expect.
1: Bridge
2: Bridge middle
3: Middle
4: Middle Neck
5: Neck.

and the volume pot is a push/push for coil splitting. I want it to split both humbuckers when It's up,

I modified one of the wiring diagrams on the site to reflect my setup and this is what I came up with:

It all works, except for one thing. THe JB JR, when split. outputs the outside coil, the one closest to the neck (I don't think it would matter much with the poles so close together). but when using the Pegasus, it outputs the inside coil, closer to the middle pickup, rather than the one closest to the bridge.
Now.. it doesn't sound awful, but it's not what I want. I wanted a bit more spank than I get from that coil, and I figure even just the little bit closer to the bridge will give me that. Not that the pegasus is going to be terribly great at it, being a metal pickup, but I figure there has to be a way to do it.

It must have something to do with the arrangement of the White, Red, and Green wires. right?

The typical split is to the slug coil....the black and white wires. What you may have is the JB Jr in backwards......anyhow this can stay the same both positionally and also electrically. What you need to do for the bridge posi is completely reverse the wires....I will stand corrected on this because I'm doing this in my head, but black and green are the series connection and red and white are hot/ground. That should reverse polarity and wind so you stay in phase with the other split.

If that's the case I'll probably just leave it as is. I've put all of them in with the logo facing the same way so I think they're all in properly, and all 12 of the JB's poles are the screw type, none are slug, so who knows how the windings might differ. It's not broken, I wont mess with it.
The Pegasus is awesome BTW, if anybody is thinking of it. I've been a bit JB fan for a long time. I have a nickel one in my Warmoth LP Bridge. the JR. is not the same, but it sure sounds gnarly in the neck position. The pegasus though. It's something else.
