What's up guys? I want to remove very small amounts of rust (just specks here and there) from one of my Gibson amps. It's really the only thing keeping this from looking almost brand new (besides the knobs, they're messed up too). So is there a way to do this without scratching/damaging the underlying metal? I know some methods include soft grade steel wool and chemicals, but I want to make sure before I do anything that whatever I do won't screw it up and leave a bunch of tiny scratch marks.
Any ideas? Thanks!
