How to wire 2 single conductor HB's with a 5 way switch?

I'm putting covered gibson designed humbuckers in my Ibanez RG but I can't seem to find any diagrams for this setup?
Is it possible at all?

It is, technically, but the switch is gonna have dead spots. You would be better off buying a new 3 way switch.

... Unless you want to modify the pickups for splitting in the 2 and 4 positions.
