hum-sing-hum for maple body

I have a maple body guitar with maple neck and hum-sing-hum configuration. This guitar is much to bright and I am going to change all the pickups. Does anyone have any ideas on a pickup combination that would work for a classic rock to heavy rock sound?

I have an all maple Carvin DC127T which is also very bright. I use a Custom Custom in the bridge and a Pearly Gates bridge model in the neck. I don't know what to use in the mid, maybe a Cool Rails?

BRIDGE = Custom Custom
MIDDLE = Twangbanger (designed for Bridge, but works great with humbuckers for similar tone & output)
NECK = Pearly Gates
