Hi I'd like to change humbuckers in my Les Paul to P90s so I'd like to know what's the best set of humbucker-sized P90s.

For that classic biting P-90 sound, you'll want ones that have A5 magnets. GFS Mean 90's have gotten a lot of good reviews here.

Whatever you do, don't get Gibson's P-94. My own notes say they sound like being hit on the head with Gimli's axe - just without the sweet release of death.
The Phat Cats need looking at on Seymour's side, somehow they just don't come out right. Myself I gearslutted more and have two P-90 guitars now, so I didn't go and try more. I would get the GFSes and a couple magnets to mess with them.

I never never used a P90 for more than a day or two under bad circumstances of my own making. I also very much want to try one that has that "original grind and crunch", but have no idea where to even start. So I am anxious to hear opinions and glad you asked that question. I did try the P94, though, and agree about Gimli's axe-that was really funny, by the way.

While I have yet to have the pleasure of trying this particular model of Zhangs pups, I have no doubt they are exceptional. A great place to start for sure! I have never been disappointed with Dave's pickups and a few of his winds are my all time fav's.
I grew up with P-90's as my first electric was a 1957 Les Paul Special. While I dig all sorts of pups from boutique buckers to cheap gold foils, vintage wound P-90's hold a special place.
I got a used set of GFS Mean 90's dirt cheap and dropped them in a sweet 70's MIJ LP Copy. They worked well in this guitar and I liked the tone, but (I admit I'm picky and it may just be me or the guitar) they certainly did not sound like P-90's.....they sound darn good though. I also liked a Gibson P-94 I had in the neck of a tele for a bit....never tried the bridge model though. I'd love to try SD's Phat Cats one of these days too. I've yet to be disappointed with anything Seymour makes. I've had a couple Vintage Vibe H90 pups that were real good and I also like Tonerider Rebel 90's. The most pure P-90 tones I've experienced in bucker sized pickups are BG Pure 90's.
Just my opinion, but to my old ears, some of the budget offerings of this ilk sound more like a big ol fat strat pup than P-90's. Nothing wrong with that, but when I want P-90 tones, I want P-90 tones!

^ Man, a 57 special.......would love to play one of those one time.
I've been stocking up on p90 guitars of late......mainly as I make my own (being a lefty and in Aus). So its been a Jr, a 54 LP clone in both goldtop and BB, a slab style 336 shape, and now a LP special with binding (the current build)

Best can be subjective but lots of folks like the Phat Cats which are a single-coil P-90 inside a humbucker. They aren't as biting as traditionals as blueman notes, but that is what I like about them. Here's a couple vids:
