S Stratcat New member Sep 3, 2004 #1 I have found that a Duncan Alnico Pro neck and a Custom Custom in the bridge of a Stratocaster is about as good as it gets. I have A/B'd this axe next to the finest Les Pauls, and IMHO, it sounds just as good or better.
