man i thought i had it narrowed down anyways store closes in 3 hrs i have jazz jb combo on order should i change to jazz dd i play tallica maiden older leppard priest but wanna play songs from queensryche tesla floyd older ac/dc zepp just good kickass rock find my own style i like powerchords but also like to pickout chords also and harmonics oh yea i have early 80 neckthru bc rich but dont know what kind of wood

Okay.. nice musical taste you have.. I haven't tried the JB, but a friend of mine had the Duncan Distortion.. I'd get DD.. I liked it for playing stuff you mentioned.

I have a drawer full of pickups that argues that this is really hard thing to do... Which is where Seymours exchange policy comes in if you find its not what you dig you have 21 days to swap for something else...

What bridge does your BC rich have? that influences the sound of them alot.

the DD would suit the styles of music you like, it seems.
