LOL! My 16 & 13 yr old boys listen to stuff like SOD and Cold Play! When I showed them a Metheny Concert on youtube their jaws dropped! They said wow dad that's a live concert!!!??? I quote them as saying, "The young guys today suck in concert! Cuz they can't edit their crap live like they do in the studio!".

Dont worry mate...i used to listen to that stuff when i was younger too (still do occasionally). Just pretend you hate jazz (and love what they are listening to atm)....because kids always listen to what theyre parents hate...its nature!
