Re: i feel dirty. I installed my first dimarzio
EJ Custom - clearest full sized humbucker I've used
Bluesbucker - second best sounding P90 tone in humbucker package I've used (first best is the isolated P90 coil in the lower output version of the P-Rails)
Super Distortion/Dual Sound – most classic aftermarket pickup of all time, and STILL nothing sounds like it.
SDS-1 – great sounding ceramic P90-esque Strat pickup. One of the best single coil pickups out there to put in a SSS Stratocaster with a high output humbucker in the bridge slot. The best mass produced P90 in a Strat form pickup that there is IMO.
Red Velvet – the best "hot vintage" style Strat single coil that is made, IMO. Tele bridge sound in a Strat package.
True Velvet – classic Strat sound...only modernized for today's string balance needs (as should be available as a standard choice on the SSL-1).
Cruiser and Fast Track - best mass produced rail humbuckers for Strat and Tele, IMO.
PAF Master bridge - one of my favorite humbuckers, in both positions...and proving that they are still cranking out great designs, not just banking on their past greatness.
P.A.F. '59 - a new Seth competitor that sounds very interesting to me.
Sorry, but you can't argue with results. I simply love their pickups. Duncans too. What's good is good. No reason to choose one or the other.
