I...just...don't...know...what...to...say.

Re: I...just...don't...know...what...to...say.

If I was doing a music video for the next Mad Max movie I might think about it.

Re: I...just...don't...know...what...to...say.

That's an Epiphone Les Paul 100...the lowest end model that you can get for ~$200.

I hope no one is stupid enough to buy this. The seller is an idiot.

Re: I...just...don't...know...what...to...say.

horriblarious.

The question at the bottom is the best part:
Q: You took a perfectly good guitar and put it in my ex-wife hands and told her it was mine, didn't you ?
A: Yes, I'm sorry, it just happened - she also has some more papers for you to sign.

Re: I...just...don't...know...what...to...say.

On the second close nut picture, the nut slots look a mile high off the fretboard.
If so, not very good for someone with "37 years of luthier experience".
In the first picture they look very low though. Don't know what to think.

The price however is off the roof, particularly for what is indeed a Epiphone LP100,
the absolute lowest-end "legit" Les Paul money can buy, and not worthy of the name no matter what.

Re: I...just...don't...know...what...to...say.

I dig the way that the fingerboard seems to have miraculously escaped The Apocalypse that has hit the rest of the instrument.

Re: I...just...don't...know...what...to...say.

Their subconscious poked through in the description a bit: Tobacco "Sunburnt" finish.

Seems like they're trying to get around their home insurance not paying for the fire.

Re: I...just...don't...know...what...to...say.

The seller is either a total idiot or a total jerk...or both. I tend to believe the latter.

However, just for the heck of it I'd buy it. I'd offer him $2.00 if he'd throw in free shipping.

Re: I...just...don't...know...what...to...say.

"Hello, the body is basswood, all parts are fender (saddles, bridge plate, tuners, neck but not body) "

USA neck, MIM bridge, possibly a Squier body. Worth a little more than the LP100 in pieces, but still.

I could see if he used a straight up used MIM for the Strat, and an Epiphone Standard for the Les Paul, did his "magic" to it, and charged $500 for them...

...these guitars are nonsense.

Re: I...just...don't...know...what...to...say.

I think if you were going to be sent to prison some place you were allowed to have one guitar. Either of these two beauties would be perfect. You would want a guitar no other inmate would feel the desire to steal, or perhaps even shank you over. You could play them, and leave on your bunk knowing when you leave your cell that it would still be there when you got back. Otherwise I'm not sure who would want them.

Re: I...just...don't...know...what...to...say.

^ Same goes for playing on a park bench. Take the amp when you go; leave the guitar. It'll be there when you get back.

Re: I...just...don't...know...what...to...say.

an odd gamble on his part - or, he made it for himself and decided to see if he could get a king's ransom for it on a whim. my prediction: he'll probably end up selling it locally for what he put into it.
