He is in Lowell, MA, and is phenomenal. He mainly works on acoustic instruments, so he doesn't touch electronics or tremolo systems. I just use him when very detailed woodworking needs to be done, like my fret markers.

I am talking about Luthiers in Greece. In Hellas.i am sorry I did not disclose that. I am talking about people who hate Americans and blame them for their country's ineptitude and takenit out on the American who lives there. Based on economic and sociological ideas that do not apply to the little man from America. This is basically bigotry.

Nope, I had this guy work on my bass too. But he sucked at everything. His name? Antonio Panagopoulos. He cuts nuts too short, on every instrument. Period. Then, his defense is, "you are nobody, I don't remember you, so customer service is irrelevant"

The worst part is, he worked directly for a bass guitar luthier known worldwide as Chris Gioulis when he worked on my instruments. I lived in Greece and they messed my nuts up. I wish this was satire, but it is not

You guys are always funny, but here is the truth. I paid these guys for luthier services and they treated me like a joke. That is not good customer service. Then, over time, they talked down to me. Even though I suck, I did not deserve what they did to me. Period.
