Re: I need help from all of you
Last Friday, I had an idea, and I may help you with it. I'm thinking of writing the owner of Dr. Z, and explaining that you were a big proponent of promoting his amps on the internet, which ultimately is free advertising for him. I have a feeling that if all of us wrote the guy a letter, promising to use the internet as a vehicle for promoting Dr. Z amps in a way that is completely beneficial to their company, the owner would find it in his heart to either endorse you with a free Rt 66, or most likely give you an artist cost deal on one. The damage is already done, so at this point, getting Dr. Z to give you one at parts cost would be a viable option.
I'd urge a few other members to write this letter as well. The owner of Dr. Z is no idiot, and while his endorsees probably do nothing to help his company, a few of us could give him at least $5000 worth of free internet advertisment. I think it would be a great way to get him to write one off on his taxes, or at very least give one up at bare cost.
