I would know for sure if it was stock or not, as he told me to hang out for minute and he would tell me about it after he broke down, but I had to go smoke between sets and didn't see him the rest of the night. Ritchie actually stayed and watched the rest of the bands (The Queers, Big Huge, and a few others) out in the audience. There was some very interesting guitar stuff going on at the show, the first bands guitarist had a little mini synth taped behind the bridge of his telecaster (single coil bridge, p90 neck, and the OLDEST looking Big Muff I have ever seen) that he used for a really cool effect. Another bands guitarist was using a tiny terror into the effects loop input of another amp. I will try to remember more details about which bands were using what gear later, as I was a little bit impaired and some of the stuff is escaping me at the moment. It was a great, super high energy show with a great crowd packed into a tiny venue (The Odditorium in Asheville, probably my favorite venue) with very little drama and bullcrap. All in all, a great night.
