LOL -- Strats from Japan are great, they have to keep them out of America at a lower price point because it would probably put the American lines in jeopardy. :bowdown:
I saw a guitar similar to that on gearpage.net about 6 mos ago. The Fenders that come out of there seem to have WAY more attractive color options, IMO.

Ah gotcha. I have about $24 right now, so I'm definitely not in the market, but I can certainly understand why you wouldn't want to give the price out.
Regardless, that would definitely convert me (if only for a few minutes) from the Gibson camp to the Fender one.

$1200 or so. That is very manageable, less than half the price of a new Les Paul Standard over here. I bet you could get that used for around $600. I might have to do that someday. Thanks Rid! Beautiful guitar.

Yeah it is, but I think it's just the flash. The whites look so white, and the rosewood (I think it's rosewood) looks like Ebony. The binding is super white too.

Great strats. Stevie Ray Vaughan played a similar guitar in the "Cold Shot" video with his name all over the fretboard if I remember correctly.
