But how do you resist a white tolex fender blues junior for $220? I found it in a pawn shop, tried it out to make sure it was working right, pulled out the cash, and took it home....I"m glad I did and at the same time...I know I shouldn't have spent hte money...but I can always make more money!!

That's a killer deal. You still have the money left over from the price of a new one to do all the mods you want. And the white has got to look cool. Good buy.

and the signature has been updated hopefully soon it will say Mesa/Boogie Blue ANgel instead of Rectoverb, if I can get hte recto sold

You might look into some new tubes first. The JJ's I put in mine "freshened" it up nicely. I'll still probably change the speaker, but it's good enough now that I'll spend money on other gear first.

I don't think we'll ever understand how they feel. But if it's close, I could understand why they get so excited. New gear rules.
