I dunno, seems like a really expensive way to get the same results a $20 Kyser does.

I read in a forum about $100 Canadian. I think I will stay with the Kyser.

I have read some reviews on the D'Addario's Tri-Action capo and are very good. The way its designed with the spring so you can adjust the tension looks like its well engineered.

I agree about Thalia capos, beauty with function.

However, my Daddario's Tri-Action capo works as well as the Thalia for a third of the cost.

I get it. However, I like the ability to change the fretboard radius based on the guitar I am playing. Also, they are beautiful.

Well I talked with my Luthier friend today about capos. He mentioned to me That a Shubb capo one with the adjusting wheel for the tension, plus he said they are not bulky, which is what I would like. And half the price of the Thalia.

Well I have decided to pack up the Kyser, and move onto the Shubb Stainless steel deluxe guitar capo. The GU 35 2 S1.

The Shubb one is really nice, I've owned one for a few years, and the thumbscrew ensures that it always sits at just the right tension when you set it.

That being said, these ones are gorgeous. When you all said they were expensive I wasn't expecting it to only be a hundred bucks, I think that's actually pretty good for something that's a genuine piece of art.

When I buy guitar accessories I look more at the function side of it, rather than the cosmetic side and of course the price also enters the picture as well. I try to get the best bang for my buck.

Bought a Shubb it works really well, is compact and the guitar stays in tune............Nice.
