I bet that guitar could be had for $1300 if it doesn't sell. I would love to have it as my 2nd, but can't justify that kind of expenditure with the wife recently out of work. I refuse to charge it and pay interest on it....not in my house. There will be another one along when the time is right. :17:
For anyone looking, they are fantastic guitars for the $$. IMO the perfect combination between Les Paul and PRS. I think every Hardtail I've seen has what I'd consider a 10 top, flawless finishes, attention to detail is superb right down to hand polished fret edges (not one sharp fret on either side), top of the line hardware and electronics including grover tuners, tone pro's bridge and SD pups. Ebony boards and stunning inlay work. A comprable PRS with 10 top and birds will cost you near $2k if not over.
I'm a huge fan having shoped PRS's hard before buying. I still want a PRS McCarty, but it's further down the list.
