Ibanez Roadstar RG410 or Kramer Focus 1000?

Re: Ibanez Roadstar RG410 or Kramer Focus 1000?

Back in the early-mid 90s - long before Ebay was the Great Parts Warehouse it is today, and even longer before all these other parts sites were around - I had an Ibenhad EX350 that I loved as much as my Les Paul Standard. When the knife edges started going, I tried to replace it, but the only place to get them was from a dealer. 3 weeks later, they shipped it. The day before it arrived, I had traded the guitar for a Jackson. Haven't even thought about buying another Ibby since. Even sold my acoustic just to be rid of the name. They've made nice stuff, and I understand their service is much better these days, but it's far too little, far too late.

That said, the old RG will be a better guitar than the Kramer, and since replacement parts can be had easily, I'd say get it.
