RAISE it! till it almost reaches the stings when you do a full dive bomb with the trem.
then adjust the pole pieces according to the fretboard radius.
the evo is about the same as a JB, but has a more even response to my ears.. a lil bit more lower mids and less heights.
you should adjust the amp settings too.. cos whatever pup you had in there before, the JB wont respond the same to it. a new set of pots would be good too
