True, though I believe if this company was in the U.K (or is it Canada?), then they would have to honor it.

If you read the shipping policy more closely, it says if you want the order shipped anywhere OTHER than the continental USA you need to call before ordering, which tells me they're based in the lower 48.

If someone has $300 to spare, you could order 2 which would qualify you for Free Shipping.

The only liable I can see is the following,

I guess they bought Tremolos from PRS?!?!?

Well, the SE models are all in the $600-700 range, so what is the deal with this?

I tried to enhance the Headstock in several of my Photo Suites, but the image was cleverly done to such a poor focus that the script blurs too badly.

I'm sure they are misleading the uninformed to buy a copy with well scripted advertisements and blurry pictures of a knock-off guitar.

Yeah, over here, if something is priced up wrong and someone wants it, you gotta sell it at that price, doesn't matter if it is a £25,000 guitar or whatever, if you got £45 on the ticket, that's what it's selling for.

Well apparently someone from another board called the people up and said they told them that the $146.75 is how much the monthly payments will be... not the total price of the guitar...

I agree, very shoddy site indeed. I like how the description says "includes premium gig bag", the gig bag is then listed at the end of the bulleted feature list, and then right below that the page says "Includes: Hardshell case".

Classy ;).
