I have a mid 90's model Crate Vintage Series tube amp and the input jack is bad. it starts to crackle after a few minutes of playing. Upon removing the panels, I discovered the jack is soldered to a PC Board. I am asking for some advice from anyone out here on how to remove the jack to put on a new one. I have good soldering skills but have not worked with a PC board before. Some investigating is in order before I begin and also what materials do I need to remove it safely. This amp hasn't been produced since '96 so replacement boards could be a problem. Please Help, Anybody!
