is a seth lover warmer than.....

Re: is a seth lover warmer than.....

No. I've had both in the neck of a Lester, an R7 GT specifically. The Seth has a tad more sizzle and airyness/openess. It's smooth and warm, but not like the APH.

The APH is like slipping into a tub of warm honey spashed with the silky essence of virgins.

a APH-1. It would be for a R7 GT,primarily the neck.

to answer the question in a less creepy way than jeff...no it's not, an A2Pro is abou the warmest/smoothest bucker Duncan makes...it lacks they bite of a true PAF...the Seth has that bite

Christian....I don't think creepy is fair. That's reserved for foamy.

I don't think it's creepy at all. In fact if it is ok with Jeff, I'm gonna slip it into my sig :D

I've not tried the APH. I'm sure its great. For my money though, the Seth is worth it's weight in gold. I don't care how much it sells, it's still one of Duncan's underrated treasures.

I kind of prefer the Seth Lover to the Antiquity HB because the Seth seemed a little brighter and clearer to me when I tried them both in the same guitar: a Hamer Studio Archtop. Lew
