Is an RCA 12ax7 a NOS tube?

I just pulled the tubes out of my komet and v1 and v2 were the "made in england" mullards (not that they said mullard on them, but they had white writing) but v3 was something that looked like it said "RCA" and "made in USA", and i think its a 12ax7a.

Anyone know what kind of tube this is, and if its NOS or not?

Yup - I just picked one up today. Supposed to be a great tube!
