Is lots of motley crue stuff actually in different tunings than standard?

Like Dr.Feelgood for instance, is that in drop D?

And kickstart my heard, what the heck is that in? Ive figured out my own version which sounds really good but all the tabs ive read on the net say its in some different tuning???

Crue always downtuned at least half a step. Kickstart (if memory serves) was downtuned a whole step. Shout At The Devil was downtuned a whole step for sure.
