Is the Stew Mac phase 90 script mod worth it?

Is it worth it, is there really that much of a difference?

i mean, its $7 so probably, but also i probably wouldnt bother. i have the model that you could mod, and its just fine

The difference between a block and script Phase 90 is the script model omits a single resistor. If you clip R28 on a block Phase 90, you will have a script Phase 90.

R28 is a feedback resistor that sends some of the output signal back to be phased a second time.

The $7 you are spending is for instructions and the materials to put the mod on a switch.

The EVH has the mod built in, both sound great to the point I don't have a preference.
