Is there any SD with comparable sound to Carvin H22(Holdsworth)

Hey, before I go spending lot's O' money on replacements, I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a SD pickup with the same kind of sound as a Carvin H22 Holdsworth and mabey a little more, I guess, output. I just love squeals and harmonics.

I haven't heard the Carvin Holdsworth pickup so it's hard to say what is in that ballpark. What are the specs?
