Is there anything similar to Slash Alnico Pro bridge but higher output?

Re: Is there anything similar to Slash Alnico Pro bridge but higher output?

Thinking maybe I am just use to the stronger push of alnico 5. It definitely isn't a matter of raising the poles for for cut.

Going to pull the Slash bridge and either an Antiquity JB or Manlius Vinyl that I have lying around.

I have had the JB in that Les Paul before and it keeps up with my P90 guitars in terms of output.

The custom custom is where I would start, it paired nicely with an APH1 in one of my Les Pauls. Also, some good advice on checking the pots and adjusting pole pieces.

This is my favorite combo. Like 2 sticks of butter.

Just get a Boss DS-1 or cheapo alternative. It will serve you well.
