I just got my cool rails pickup in the mail this week and it has what looks like dried glue on one of the solder points on the rear.

Is that normal? Im not that familiar with pickups that have printed circuit board. So just checking.

Should be fine. They really should start using Comic Sans on pickup covers as well.

Ha, I just noticed the Comic Sans. That is wonderful.

It's quite possible that the font choice of the printing could affect the tone of a given pickup... if you consider the minute differences in the amount of ink.

Helvetica is a great font for metal tone....

Looks like a dried loogie. lol. I'd say clean it off, check out the pickup and if all sounds good.....rock on! :)
