Well did a few test runs on this backtrack....sorry about the clams...had about three good hours of sleep last night...sigh
Kramer with CC and using the Fender bassman top, have another clip where I use the Hiwatt instead....but the clams are even worse on that one..like playing in a trance lol.

Very nice tone... I listen to it as I type... I've been away for quite a while but there are now major changes in my gear. After trying a digital toy (v-amp I had a deal on - it's already sold ), I decided to go the opposite way. I now have a Traynor YCV40 Tube Amp. Wow! What a freaking difference. Should have bought a tube amp YEARS ago.

Problem is, I don't have a mic for now... so clips will wait until I dig out the money for a nice mic.

Tell me Rid, what pedal do you use on this for distortion ?

I'm now searching for a pedal to get higher gain sounds - The Traynor is perfect for moderate high gain, but not higher gain like this clip.

Still there watching you all guys... waiting for my time to come!

Ah sounds great Sly.
I use my Plexitone on almost everything I record.
It has the clarity and crunch I want, the benefits of making ones own pedals hehe
I'll be looking forward to hear your new amp man!
And if you still use DiMarzio's I'll be even more happy to hear them, I am looking for a PAF
and some other of those..love more hummers

Yeah, the DMZ will stay in this baby... The Super Distortion is really my favorite for rock. Can't wait to hear an hollowbody with Seths with this amp :32: ...this will have to wait until May 2005 now (my birthday ) because I was not suppose to buy an amp this fall. The best money I ever spent on any gear.

I can't wait to make you hear this amp... it may be a good thing that I don't have a mic, this will allow me to put JJ tubes in it before my first recordings.
