The Chambered Mahogany body weighs 4 lbs 5 oz and features a contoured heel, gotoh tune-o-matic parts and a beautiful maple binding strip in the finish! She sounds even better than she looks! She sings, she absolutely sings! I worked on it all night despite only running on two hours of sleep and now I just cannot stop playing her besides to snap this quick photo:

Looks cool enough but Black tuners would complete the package.

I know! I took the neck from another guitar that had nickel hardware and I'm about to move to Europe to be a college student so I'm just too broke to even consider getting black tuners right now. It drives me crazy too though!

That is beyond my current finishing skill! Maybe one day...

The story here is Warmoth had this body already finished as a screamin' deal back in 2008 if I remember correctly. I saw it right away and had to have it! It's been sitting around waiting for me to do something with it patiently and I decided it was now or never!

thats a gorgeous finish! Nice axe!! Enjoy! Black tuners would do the trick, but thats something that can wait. You can play it now, and thats all that matters!

I was trying to get it done in time too! The bridge humbucker didn't arrive until 5 days ago so I missed the cut-off this year. Maybe next year!

I have to agree, it is the uglies finish that I have ever seen!

There is no POP to the quilt top!

Hmm, you quoted someone saying it looks great and that you would have to agree. I realize it's a holiday, but wasn't it a bit early to hit the sauce? Just like your signature under the gif, you just don't make sense. It's unbelievable how many people go to forums even though they cannot read or write at a comprehensive level.
