Actually, I rather prefer cities, but then you can " practice " with a major rig when you live out here. Fortunately, the neighbors half a mile away love my playing. I can only fit a half stack in my VW, so only the geologists with their seismographs really get to appreciate my rig - and that's only using my Mesa F30 !!. The Marshall stack is : on the bottom, a 1960 BX with Made In England Greenbacks, while the 1960 AHW top has Made In England Celestion G12H's. I might note, I'll probably mod the Mesa to clean up some of the mud, murk, and fuzz, although what I can use of it's range is pretty awesome.

I remember one time when I had my DSL50 half-stack I got Gary Moore's amp settings from someone at his website and tried them out - HOLY _____! :smokin:

It was all fun and games until my wife poked her head into the garage laughing; a guy from a good half mile away followed the sound to ask that I turn down since I was keeping his baby awake! All I could think was damn, Gary uses this much volume - on stage! Add in monitors and crowd noise and he must be one deaf son of a gun!!
