Hi everyone.
I'm still debating what bridge pickup I want to get for my do-it-all guitar, and I'd like y'all's votes and thoughts.
The specs on thr guitar are as follows:
Mahogany set neck and single cut body
Maple veneer top
Rosewood fingerboard
Through body bridge
25.5" scale
HSS (for all intents and purposes)
I play through either a modeling rig comprised of a Boss GT-8, Peavey Classic 50:50 powrr amp and a Marshall 2x12 sealed cab (V30/EV12L) or a Rivera 100 Duo Twelve.
I play pop, rock, some country-ish stuff, and some hard rock with this guitar.
I'd like a tight, focused tone with good sparkle to the top end and enough low end to get some thump when tuning down and/or palm muting. I do split the bridge and combine it at times with thebmiddle single coil, which is alnico V and wound in the mid-7k range.
Thanks in advance.
