Jackson PC-1 users -pup change?

I just got a PC-1 and really dig the playability, feel of the neck, and satin gold/top. The Dimarzio in the bridge is pretty under whelming. The upside is it does clean up with a little volume roll off nicely.

I realize this is rig and ear contingent, but if you have swapped them out what did you get OR what would pair well with a super strat with a mahogany back and maple top to allow the mids to come forth?
I'm leaning toward an Aldrich because hard rock shred is the context of tone here!

pc-1 has a super 3 right? the super distortion is a good option and i bet a jb would sound sweet too

I like the JB but feel like the Aldrich is a little more dynamic in the mids and less harsh in the treble.

You want the mids to come forth? Isn't that pretty much what the Super 3 has is all mids?
