There are a few good ebay sellers (just search and figure out who has a bunch of stuff for sale), and www.guitargai.com sometimes has them but he does more top end stuff.
I bought one from a dealer in Florida on gbase.com a few years ago.
hey, if you are looking into Japanese tokais, I think a guy on the www.guitarscanada.com/Board forum is selling them. He just finished selling a nice LP and he has a flying V up right now. DEFINATELY worth checking out man
They don't carry them IN STOCK but they do get them on customer's request. I contacted them last month about that. I wanted to get the new Tokai LC185 cherry red 1957 Black Beauty replica, but they said the waiting time would be 4 months due to the fact that Tokai factory is completely backordered.
I didn't want to wait 4 months, so I got myself a 1993 Orvile by Gibson LPC-57B from www.japanguitars.co.uk and I'm very happy I did! The guitar is just wonderful and it's even closer to the real Gibson 1957 Historic Black Beauty reissue than the Tokai model. The only differences from Gibson are the name on the headstock (but it still says Gibson), and two piece mahogany back instead of a solid back. And, of course, the price was less than a half! I couldn't be happier!
